IAU President Visits

Professor Robert Williams, International Astronomical Union (IAU) President and Dr. Norio Kaifu, IAU President-elect, visited Tsinghua University on August 29. Tsinghua University President Chen Jining had a discussion with the guests, giving an outline on Tsinghua’s education and disciplines development.

During their talk, President Chen and Professor Williams discussed future collaboration between Tsinghua and IAU.

The IAU Public Forum at Tsinghua University was held the same day in Tsinghua's Main Building.
